Client Responsibilities

We do not:

Appointments and Cancellations

Booking

Appointments can be booked by contacting us via phone or email. We will confirm your appointment details in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for an appointment, we will accommodate you for the remaining time available. However, the full session fee will still apply.

Missed Appointments

If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of booking or immediately after the service is provided, as agreed. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or debit card.

If you have booked a package of services, payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

Refunds may be provided at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• Services were not delivered as agreed
• You cancel a package within 14 days of purchase and have not yet used any sessions

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Services that have already been delivered
• Dissatisfaction based on not achieving expected results
• Missed appointments or late cancellations

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. All information shared during consultations is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except:
